• The liability for financial loss shall be 500.000,00 €.
• The liability for personal injuries and damage to property shall be 2.000.000,00 €.
• The liability for cyber risks shall be 100.000,00€

The insurance shall cover third party liability claims which are asserted (1) before courts in these countries and (2) on the basis of a violation or non-observance of the law of these countries. Claims which arise from activities which are exercised via foreign subsidiaries, foreign establishments, and foreign branches of any kind or via companies abroad related by means of cooperation agreements shall be excluded.
